ટંકારીઆ ગામની નવાસી અને સાદિક દાઉદ રખડાની ભાણકી નામે ડો. મોગલ શના નાસીરે [કોસંબા] પોતાની એમ.બી.બી.એસ.ની ડિગ્રી પ્રાપ્ત કરી સમાજનું ગૌરવ વધાર્યું છે.

સમગ્ર ગુજરાતમાં ઉનાળાની શરૂઆતથી જ ગરમીનો પારો આકરા પાણીએ જોવા મળી રહ્યો છે. તાપમાનનો પારો દિવસે દિવસે વધી રહ્યો છે જેના કારણે સામાન્ય જનજીવન પ્રભાવિત થયું છે. વળી હવામાન ખાતાની આગાહી મુજબ આગામી બે-ત્રણ દિવસ ખૂબ જ પડકારજનક સાબિત થઇ શકે છે. કારણ કે, અનેક જિલ્લાઓમાં હીટવેવ ની ગંભીર ચેતવણી આપવામાં આવી છે.
સૂર્યના આકરા તાપને લઈને બપોરના સમયે આપણા ગામનું પાદર, બજાર અને શેરીઓ સુમસામ ભાસી રહી છે. આજે આ લખાય છે ત્યારે એટલેકે ભર બપોરે ગરમીનો પારો ૪૪ ડિગ્રી સેલ્સિયસ સુધી પહોંચી ગયો છે. જેને લઈને લોકોનું ઘરની બહાર નીકળવાનું મુશ્કેલ બની ગયું છે. વહીવટી તંત્ર પણ સાવચેતીના પગલાં સ્વરૂપે લોકોને ૧૨ થી ૪ વાગ્યા સુધી ઘરની બહાર કામ વગર ના નીકળવાનું આહવાન કર્યું છે. આપણા ગામના ડેપ્યુટી સરપંચ સફ્વાન ભુતાએ પોતાના એક નિવેદનમાં આ કાળઝાળ ગરમીમાં લોકોને બપોરે ઘરની બહાર ન નીકળવાની અપીલ કરી છે. બપોરના સમયે આકરી લૂ થી બચવા માટે સાવચેતીપૂર્વક તકેદારી રાખવાની અપીલ કરી છે. આ હીટવેવમાં પૂરતા પ્રમાણમાં પાણી કે શરબત પીવું હિતાવહ છે. સુતરાઉ કપડાં પહેરવા પણ હિતાવહ છે. વૃદ્ધ અને બાળકોને આ ગરમીમાં બહાર ન નીકળવાની સલાહ છે. નવયુવાનો લીમડાના છાયામાં બેસી ગરમીથી બચવાની કોશિશ કરતા પણ નજરે પડ્યા છે. બપોરે સુમસામ ભાસતી ટંકારીઆ ગામની બજાર – પાદરની કેટલીક રીલ નીચે દર્શાવેલી છે.

Since the beginning of summer, the heatwave is being seen in the entire Gujarat. The temperature is rising day by day due to which the normal life of the people is affected. Also, according to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, the next two-three days can prove to be very challenging. Because, severe heatwave warning has been given in many districts.

Due to the intense heat of the sun, the padar, bazaar and streets of our village are empty in the afternoon. As this is being written today, the temperature has reached 44 degree Celsius in the afternoon. Due to which it has become difficult for people to go out of the house. As a precautionary measure, the administration has also asked people not to go out of the house without work from 12:00 to 4:00. The deputy sarpanch of our village, Safwan Bhuta, has appealed to people not to step out of the house in the afternoon in this scorching heat. It has been appealed to take careful vigilance to avoid severe heat at noon. Drinking enough water or syrup is imperative in this heatwave. It is also imperative to wear cotton clothes. Elderly and children are advised not to go out in this heat. Young people are also seen trying to avoid the heat by sitting in the shade of neem trees [Limda].
