ભરૂચ તાલુકાના ટંકારીઆ ગામના નવયુવાનો ના સથવારે ચાલતું બગદાદી ગ્રુપ ના ઉપક્રમે આજે કન્યાશાળા માં નિઃશુલ્ક સર્વ રોગો નો નિદાન કેમ્પ રાખવામાં આવ્યો હતો.
સૈયદ કાદરી મેડિકલ અને ચેરીટેબલે ટ્રસ્ટ દ્વારા ટંકારીઆ ગામના બગદાદી ગ્રુપ ના ઉપક્રમે નિઃશુલ્ક સર્વ રોગો નો નિદાન કેમ્પ રાખવામાં આવ્યો હતો જેમાં હૃદયરોગ, ડાયાલીસીસ, કિડનીમાં પથરી, જેવા રોગોનું નિદાન તથા સારવાર તદુપરાંત ઈ. સી. જી,, બ્લડ પ્રેસ્સર, આર. બી. એસ., તથા ડોક્ટર નું માર્ગદર્શન આપવામાં આવ્યું હતું. ગામ લોકો એ આ કેમ્પ નો સારો એવો લાભ લીધો હતો.   

This week a team of at least 15 people (including our Tankaria Brother Iqbalbhai Dhoriwala) from Batley, Dewsbury and nearby town travelled to Palestine with a noble intent to supply food and sports supply to local Palestinian people. As we all know that years of hardships have left this community with lacking supply chain of essential life supporting items such as food and medicines. This team of 15 from ENGLAND travelled in Palestine local community door to door to distribute food. They also provided kids with cricket gears.

We salute these individuals for their efforts and dedication. May Allah SWT reward them with the best of both worlds.

શિયાળા ની ઋતુના પ્રારંભિક સમયે તાજેતરમાં દિવસે ગરમી અને મોડીરાત્રે ઠંડીનો ચમકારો દેખાઈ રહ્યો છે. આ પ્રકૃતિની અસરથી ટંકારીઆ તથા પંથકમાં સરેરાશ લોકોમાં શરદી, કફ, ખાંસી, તથા તાવની અસર પ્રસરતી હોવાથી ટંકારીઆ માં દવાખાનાઓમાં બેવડી ઋતુની અસર હેઠળ ની બીમારીઓનું પ્રમાણ અધિક જણાઈ રહ્યું છે.
ચોમાસાના ભેજવાળા વાતાવરણની વિદાય બાદ દિવસે ગરમી અને રાત્રે ઠંડી નો અહેસાસ આમ ડબલ ઋતુ ની અસર પાચનશક્તિ પર થતી હોય તેની વધુ અસર બાળકો અને વૃદ્ધો ઉપર વધુ જોવા મળે છે.
બચવાના ઉપાયો
દરરોજ વહેલી સવારે પાણી ગરમ કરી પીવું. આદુવાળી ચા બનાવી પીવી, તાજા ફળો ખાવા.
