ટંકારીઆ માટે ગૌરવની ક્ષણ

મૂળ ટંકારીઆના અને અહમદાબાદ સ્થાયી થયેલા કડુજી [રૂપિયાવાળા] ફેમિલીના અને ઇંગ્લેન્ડ ખાતે ડ્યૂસબરીમાં સ્થાયી થયેલા ઇકબાલ મહમ્મદ કડુજી [રૂપિયાવાળા] [મર્હુમ અહમદભાઈ ખોડાના જમાઈ, અય્યુબ કડુંજીના મામાના છોકરા અને બસીર હલાલતના સાળા] હાલમાં યોજાયેલી એમ.પી. ના ઇલેક્શનમાં જંગી બહુમતીથી ચૂંટાઈ આવ્યા છે અને બ્રિટિશ પાર્લામેન્ટમાં પોતાનું સ્થાન ગ્રહણ કર્યું છે. આ થકી આપણે ઈક્બાલભાઈને મુબારકબાદી પાઠવીએ છીએ. અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, બ્રિટનના ઇતિહાસમાં સૌપ્રથમ ચૂંટાયેલા વહોરા પટેલ એમ.પી. બન્યા છે અને તે પણ અપક્ષ ઉમેદવાર તરીકે. જે વહોરા સમાજ માટે અત્યંત ગૌરવની વાત છે. 

Iqbal Muhammad Kaduji [Rupiyawala] [son-in-law of late Ahmadbhai Khoda, maternal uncle son of Ayubmaster Kaduji and brother-in-law of Basir Halalat] originally from Tankaria [Kaduji – Rupiyawala family] and settled in Ahmedabad and now settled in Dewsbury, has been elected as a M.P. in the British Parliament with the margin of appx. 6000 votes  in the election. 

It is worth mentioning here that the first elected MP of Vahora Patel community in the history of Britain. and that too as an independent candidate. Which is a matter of great pride for the Vahora Patel community.  On behalf of whole Tankaria Villagers, whole Tankarvies of U.K. and Tankarvies of  all around the world  “congratulate Iqbalbhai”.
