વેસ્ટર્ન ડિસ્ટર્બન્સ અને અપર એર સાઈક્લોનિક સર્કુલેસનથી સમગ્ર રાજ્યમાં ઠંડીનો પારો ગગડી રહ્યો છે ત્યારે ભરૂચ જિલ્લામાં પણ ઠંડી નો પારો લઘુત્તમ ૮ ડિગ્રી સેલ્સિયસ ની આસપાસ થઇ જતા હાડ થીજવી નાખે તેવી ઠંડી નો એહસાસ થઇ રહ્યો છે. તદુપરાંત હવામાન ખાતા ની આગાહી મુજબ આગામી ત્રણ દિવસ કોલ્ડવેવ ની અસરોથી ઠંડીનું જોર વધવાની શક્યતા છે. ત્યારે લોકો ગરમ વસ્ત્રો તથા તાપણાઓ કરી ઠંડી થી રક્ષણ મેળવી રહ્યા છે. ખુલ્લા આભ નીચે વસવાટ કરતો મજુર વર્ગ ની સ્થિતિ વધુ દયનિય બનવા પામી છે. ડૉક્ટર ની સલાહ મુજબ વૃદ્ધ અને અશક્ત લોકોએ જરૂરત વગર બહાર નીકળવાનું ટાળવું જોઈએ. રાત્રે યુવાનો ધૂણી ધખાવી ઠંડી થી રક્ષણ મેળવતા નજરે પડે છે. સાથે સાથે ઘઉં ની ખેતી કરતા ખેડૂતો માટે આ ઠંડી એક સારા સમાચાર છે.
