Zakat Distribution & Follow-up report on Alderman Meeting
Zakat committee of Makki Community Center organized Zakat distribution this Sunday to needy families of Chicago. Over 100 families benefited from the program. May Allah SWT accept efforts of all individuals involved.
Additionally, Center successfully hosted Alderman Deb Mel last Friday. Program also included presentation of committee activities in brief.

ગાંધી જયંતિ નિમિતે ટંકારીઆ કન્યા શાળા ની વિદ્યાર્થીની ઓ એ સ્વચ્છતા અભિયાન અંતર્ગત સ્વચ્છતા વિષે બેનરો સાથે ગામમાં રેલી કાઢી લોકો ને સ્વચ્છતા વિષે જાણકારી આપી હતી.

Meet and Greet with Alderman Deb Mell
In a rapidly changing current environment, it is very important that community members are actively involved in future and development of community. Discussion and with your elected leader brings out the ideas to move community forward in right direction.
Makki Masjid in Chicago is providing a platform, an opportunity to community surrounding the area to have their elected leader come and get in discussion with them. This Friday, Makki masjid is inviting all community members to a program to meet with Alderman Deb Mell. We request all to attend the program and provide support for similar programs in future.

El Ninos wins Semi-Finals by defecting Lahore Badshaah in ACC league, Chicago USA. Ghodiwala (Tichuk) Brothers (Naved and Naufal Ghodiwala) consistently put in fine performance with bowling and batting respectively helping El Ninos continuous progress.
