સમગ્ર ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાં તાપમાનનો પારો ઊંચકાયો છે. જેમાં છેલ્લા ૪૮ કલાક દરમ્યાન તાપમાન ૪૩ ડિગ્રી સેલ્સિયસ સુધી પહોંચી જતા હીટવેવ ની અસર જોવા મળી છે. હવામાન ખાતાએ આવનાર બે-ત્રણ દિવસોમાં હજુ પણ તાપમાનનો પારો વધે એવી શક્યતાઓ ની જાહેરાત કરી છે. આમ કાળ-ઝાળ ગરમી પાડવાની શરૂઆત થઇ ગઈ છે.
હીટવેવ દરમ્યાન નીચે જણાવેલ ઉપાયો કરવા હિતાવહ છે.
૧. તરસ ના લાગે તો પણ તમારી જાતને હાઇડ્રેટ રાખવા પાણી, લસ્સી, લીંબુ પાણી, છાશ વગેરે જેવા ઘરે બનાવેલા પીણાં નો ઉપયોગ કરો.
૨. હળવા રંગના ઢીલા અને સુતરાઉ કપડાં પહેરવા.
૩. બહાર જવાની ટાળો અને કદાચ જવાનું થાય તો માથું કપડાથી, ટોપીથી ઢાંકો કે છત્રીનો ઉપયોગ કરો. ગરમીથી આંખોને બચાવવા સનગ્લાસ નો ઉપયોગ કરો.
૪. વૃદ્ધો, બાળકો, બીમાર તથા વધુ વજન ધરાવતા લોકો માટે વિશેષ કાળજી લેવી. કારણકે તેઓ ગરમોનો વધુ પડતો શિકાર બને છે.

The Tankaria Welfare Society UK (TWS UK) recently convened a successful Committee Meeting, marked by the unveiling of the Tankaria History book meticulously compiled by Nasirbhai, and Team, launched by Hon Senior Member, Writer, Poet Maheksaheb at 3D Centre, Bolton.

બોલ્ટનમાં અમારી સાથે જોડાવા બદલ અમે દરેકનો હૃદયપૂર્વક આભાર માનીએ છીએ. આ મેળાવડો (મીટિંગ) ખરેખર અદ્ભુત હતો, હૂંફ અને સહાનુભૂતિથી ભરેલો હતો.

સમગ્ર યુકેમાંથી આપણા ટંકારવીઓ દ્વારા પ્રદર્શિત એકતા અને સમર્પણની ભાવનાથી અમે પ્રોત્સાહિત થયા છીએ. વિવિધ નગરોનું પ્રતિનિધિત્વ કરતી વ્યક્તિઓ દ્વારા થયેલી તંદુરસ્ત ચર્ચાઓ, મૂલ્યવાન માહિતી એ આ મેળાવડાને ખરેખર સમૃદ્ધ બનાવ્યો છે.

આગળ વધીને, અમે ટંકારીઆ વેલ્ફેર સોસાયટી માટે તેના ઉમદા કાર્યને ચાલુ રાખવાની ઈચ્છા રાખીએ છીએ, જેનાથી આપણા પ્રિય ટંકારીઆ ગામ પર સકારાત્મક અસર પડે. સાથે મળીને, અમે અમારા સમુદાય માટે મહાન વસ્તુઓ હાંસલ કરી શકીએ છીએ.

ચાલો ગતિ ચાલુ રાખીએ અને આપણા સહિયારા વિઝનને પરિપૂર્ણ કરવા માટે સાથે મળીને કામ કરીએ. ચાલો ગામની પ્રગતિના આ કામ માટે એકબીજા સાથે જોડાયેલા રહીને સક્રિય રહીને કંઇક નવું કરીએ!  #ટંકારીયા વેલફેર સોસાયટી #યુનાઈટેડ ફોર ટંકારીઆ # મજબૂત સમુદાય.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for joining us in Bolton. The get-together was truly wonderful, filled with warmth and camaraderie.

We are encouraged by the spirit of unity and dedication displayed by our Tankarvies from all over the UK. The healthy debates, discussions, and valuable inputs from individuals representing various towns have truly enriched our gathering.

Moving forward, we aspire for the Tankaria Welfare Society to continue its noble work, making a positive impact on our beloved Tankaria village. Together, we can achieve great things for our community.

On the occasion of  Eid, get together ceremony was held yesterday by the youth of Tankaria in Leicester [UK]. In which a large number of Tankarvis were present and wished each other Eid Mubarak. The Eid meeting ceremony was completed in a very cordial atmosphere.

યુ.કે. સ્થિત લેસ્ટરમાં ટંકારીઆના નવયુવાનો દ્વારા ઈદ મિલન સમારંભ ગતરોજ યોજાયો હતો. જેમાં મોટો સંખ્યામાં ટંકારવીઓ હાજર રહી એકબીજાને ઈદની શુભકામનાઓ પાઠવી હતી. એકદમ સોહાર્દભર્યાં વાતાવરણમાં આ ઈદ મિલન સમારંભ પૂર્ણ થયો હતો.
