ટંકારીઆ ગામના દિલબહાર વ્યક્તિત્વ ધરાવતા હાજી મુખ્તાર ખાંધિયા એ આજે ટંકારીઆ ગામને એક નવલું નજરાણું રૂપી “બિસ્મિલ્લાહ રેસ્ટોરન્ટ” ના નામે ખાવાપીવાની હોટલ નો શુભારંભ કર્યો હતો જેનું ઉદ્ઘાટન મૌલાના અબ્દુલરઝાક અશરફી સાહેબ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. આ પ્રસંગે મુખ્તાર ખાંધિયાને ખુબ ખુબ અભિનંદન. હાજી સાહબ ગામના લોકોને હેલ્થી અને સ્વાદિષ્ટ આઇટમો બનાવી પીરસસો એવી અભ્યર્થના.
શિયાળાની ઠડી ધીમે ધીમે તેના જુવાનીના સ્તર પર પ્રયાણ કરી રહી છે ત્યારે ટંકારીઆ ની બઝારમાં તાજા શાકભાજીનું આગમન શરુ થઇ ગયું છે. લીલીછમ તુવેરની સીંગો, ફુલાવર, કોબીજ, ગાજર, ચીભડાં, લીલા વટાણા, રીંગણાં, વિગેરે મનમોહી લે તેવા શાકભાજીની સાથે સાથે સફરજન, કીવી, સંતરા જેવા ફળો પણ બઝારમાં પધારી ચુક્યા છે. શરીરની ઉર્જાને રિચાર્જ કરવાની સીઝન શરુ થઇ ગઈ છે.

Fruits like apples, kiwis, oranges are also available in the market along with lush vegetables like cauliflower, Cabbage, Cucumber, Carrot, green peas etc. The season to recharge the body’s energy has begun.
