In a most awaited game at Bariwala Cricket Ground, KGN of Tankaria lost against Darshanam of Vadodara yesterday.

Dar shaman won toss and decided to field. KGN of Tankaria lost all wickets for total of 90 runs only. Darshaman chased that score in 11 overs losing just 2 wickets. KGN fans were disappointed with the display but were happy to see their Team progressed this far in tournament. It is to be noted that this is one of the biggest tournament of its kind as there were almost 110 teams which participated at knockout stages.

Progressive Tankaria recently accomplished another significant project under the team Mariyamben Maqbool Abhli- Member Jilla Panchayat, Abdul Mama Lallu- member Taluka Panchayat, Maqbool Abhli- ex member Jilla Panchayat, and Gram Panchayat  Tankaria. Total project cost was more than 5 million Indian rupees. District Member Mariyam Ben successfully secured grant of 4 million for this project. A fund of  approximate 58.5 Lakhs (5.8 million INR) was Utilized to improve current infrastructure such as roads, drinking water pipes and sewage lines. Here is a full report.

ટંકારીઆ ગામમાં વારંવાર રસ્તાઓ,ગટર અને પાણીની લાઈન બાબતની ઘણી તકલીફ ઉભી થતી હતી તેના નિવારણ માટે આપણા ગામના જીલ્લા પંચાયતના સદસ્ય મરયમ મકબુલ અભલી,માજી જીલ્લા પંચાયત સદસ્ય મકબુલ અભલી અને તેમના સાથી એવા તાલુકા પંચાયતના સદસ્ય અબ્દુલ ટેલર અને ગ્રાંમ પંચાયત ટંકારીઆના સાથ સહકારથી આ કામો પુર્ણ થવાના આળે છે.

ગ્રાંટની વિગત:
-જીલ્લા પંચાયત સ્વભંડોળ ૪૦.૬૦ લાખ
-આયોજન મંડળ ગ્રાંટ ૩ લાખ
-ગ્રામ પંચાયત નાણાંપંચ ગ્રાંટ ૧૫ લાખ
આમ કુલ રકમ: ૫૮.૬૦ લાખ

હાલમાં બ્લોક,ગટર અને પાણીની પાઇપ લાઈન માટે થયેલ કામો
– કાપડીયા સલીમના ઘર પાસેથી જયાં સુધી પેહલાં કામ થયું હતું ત્યાંથી પાણીની ટાંકી સુધી.
– અભુજીની દુકાન હતી અને ઉપરના રસ્તાને સાથે જોડતો રસ્તો સાપાવાળ સુધી.
-હાજીબીલ્લાહની દુકાન થી સમની રોડ સુધી.

આ બધા કામો જીલ્લા પંચાયત સદસ્ય મરયમ મકબુલ અભલી અને મકબુલ અભલીના સખ્ત પ્રયત્નોથી અને તાલુકા પંચાયત સદસ્ય અબ્દુલ ટેલર અને ગ્રામ પંચાયત ટંકારીઆના સાથ સહકારથી પુર્ણ થવાના આળે છે.
