“મહાસાગર ફાઉન્ડેશન”ના સ્વપ્નદ્રષ્ટા,સ્થાપક ટ્રસ્ટી અને એ સંસ્થાની વિવિધ સામાજિક, શૈક્ષણિક પ્રવૃત્તિઓ થકી પ્રતિભાશાળી પરંતુ જરૂરતમંદ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની કારકિર્દી ઘડતરની ઉમદા કામગીરી કરનાર શ્રી દિલાવરભાઈ બચ્ચાને Blind People’s Association of India ના ઉપક્રમે તથા International Creative Art Society દ્વારા ગુજરાતમાં સૌ પ્રથમવાર આયોજિત “ગૌરવ દિવ્યાંગ એવોર્ડ-૨૦૨૪” થી સન્માનિત કરવામાં આવ્યા. આ ગરિમાપૂર્ણ સમારોહમાં ગુજરાતની અલગ અલગ ક્ષેત્રોમાં નામના મેળવનાર વિશિષ્ટ દિવ્યાંગ પ્રતિભાઓ સાથે શ્રી દિલાવરભાઈને વિખ્યાત અભિનેતા અને બોલીવુડ સ્ટાર રાજકુમારના હસ્તે મોમેન્ટો-ટ્રોફી અર્પણ કરવામાં આવેલ છે.
