મુંબઈમાં રહી ટંકારીઆ ગામના પ્રગતિના કામોમાં હંમેશાં રસ લઈ હંમેશાં માતબર રકમનું દાન આપનાર દરિયાદિલ, ગામના પ્રતિષ્ઠિત વ્યક્તિઓમાં મોભાનું સ્થાન ધરાવનાર મરહૂમ હાજી ઈસ્માઈલભાઈ હીરાવાલા આ ફાની દુનિયા છોડી કૂચ કરી ગયા છે. એમની વિદાયથી ટંકારીઆ ગામને ન પૂરી શકાય એવી ખોટ ઊભી થઇ છે. ટંકારીઆ હાઇસ્કૂલ, મુસ્તુફાબાદ યુથ ક્લબ લાઇબ્રેરી, ટંકારીઆ વોટર વર્કસ, પાણીની ટાંકી જેવા અનેક જાહેર સેવાના કામોમાં એમનું યોગદાન વર્ષો સુધી યાદ રહેશે.

ઘી બોમ્બે પટેલ વેલ્ફેર સોસાયટી નામક સંસ્થામાં મુંબઈમાં સ્થાયી થયેલા મૂળ ટંકારીઆ ગામના જનાબ હાજી ઇસ્માઇલભાઈ હીરાવાલાનું સંસ્થાના ટ્રસ્ટી/હોદ્દેદાર તરીકે તથા દાનવીર તરીકે ખુબ અગત્યનું યોગદાન રહ્યું છે. મુસાફિરખાનામાં આવતી પટેલ ફેમિલી માટે રમઝાન માસમાં સેહરી તથા ઇફ્તારી માટેનું આયોજન વર્ષો સુધી જનાબ ઇસ્માઇલભાઈ તરફથી કરવા જેવા ઘણા સરાહનીય કામો તેમને આ સંસ્થામાં રહીને કર્યા છે. તદુપરાંત જરૂરતમંદ લોકોને સહાય અને વગર વ્યાજની લોન આપવાનું સરાહનીય કાર્ય કરતી ‘પટેલ અર્બન સોસાયટી’ ના ટ્રેઝરર તરીકે પણ તેમનું મહત્વનું યોગદાન રહ્યું છે. ભરૂચ વેલ્ફેર હોસ્પીટલમાં ઉચ્ચ હોદ્દા પર રહી એમણે કરેલ અણમોલ સેવાઓ હંમેશા યાદ રહેશે.  

ટંકારીઆ: ઈતિહાસની રોશનીમાં પુસ્તકમાં એમની આવી અગણિત અમૂલ્ય સવાબે ઝારીયાહ સેવાઓની નોંધ આવનારી પેઢીઓ માટે દિશાસૂચનનું કામ કરી આજની અને આવનારી પેઢીઓને પણ એમના રસ્તે ચાલવાનું માર્ગદર્શન આપતી રહેશે. ટંકારીઆ કન્યાશાળા પાસે જ્યારે પોતાનું મકાન ન હતું ત્યારે એમના મકાનમાં વિનામૂલ્યે ભાડું લીધા વગર આ શાળા ચાલતી હતી એ પણ એમની મહાન ખીદમતોમાની એક અણમોલ ખીદમત હતી.

અલ્લાહ આવા નેકદિલ ઈન્સાની ખીદમતો નો બેહતરીન બદલો આપી જન્નત માં આલા મકામ અતા ફરમાવે.

Marhoom Haji Ismailbhai Heerawala, a native of Tankaria village settled in Mumbai, who served the community for his entire life and took interest in the progress works of Tankaria village,  has passed away from this mortal world. His departure, has left the irreplaceable loss to the village of Tankaria. His contribution to many institutions of Tankaria such as Tankaria High School, Mustufabad Youth Club Library, Tankaria Water Works & Tankaria Water Tank will be remembered for time to come.

Late Haji Ismail Bhai Hirawala made an important contribution as a trustee/officer of the organization and as a donor in The Bombay Patel Welfare Society. During his stay at this institution, he did many admirable works like organizing Sehri and Iftar for the Patel family coming to Musafirkhana. He also served as the treasurer of ‘Patel Urban Society’, which does the commendable work of providing assistance and interest-free loans to the needy. Additionally, he will also be remembered for his invaluable services in Bharuch Welfare Hospital .

Tankaria: In the Light of History, the book records such incalculable sawabe zariah services and acts as a guide for future generations and will continue to guide the present and future generations to follow their path. When Tankaria Kanyashala did not have its own building, this school was run in his house without taking any rent, which was also an invaluable service of his great hospitality.

May Allah give the best reward for the good deeds of such a sincere person and give him a place in Jannah.
