Chicago Tigers led by Sufiyan Patel wins last night in a thrilling final beating AV Stallions. AV Stallions batted first and scored 134. Chase for 134 wasn’t easy and at one stage it felt as game will be wrapped quick but wonderful innings from Viral Tailor yielded victory to Chicago Tigers.

ACAA (American Cricket Clubs Association) thanked tournament sponsors Irfan Bhagat of Midwest Oil, Khalil Dadabhai, Mustaq Hira and Shuel Patel (Nabipurwala).

Anjuman Cricket Club who won the prestigious United Cricket Tournament beating Chicago Blackhawks in August was recognized by local newspaer. It is to be noted that almost all but few players of Anjuman Cricket Club are from Gujarat and majority from Bharuch Area villages. Many congratulations to Anjuman CC and we wish them success in upcoming years as well.

Similar cricket tournament is also under way in chicago with final to be played tomorrow Oct 6th. The organization is working hard to promote beautiful game of cricket with the purpose to engage and help our youth develop sportsman spirit, harmony, tolerance and achieving goal with team work.
